Hi! Wanted to let you know that the order got here - Tuesday afternoon! That was really quick - coming all the way from Canada. It's been raining cats and dogs all week, so today was the first day we could take him for a walk. We had fun getting the boots on the first time - but once we did, he adapted to them really quick. At first he lifted his feet high like a Clagsdale horse. But then he started getting used to them and he walked normally. The length is perfect - the width is a little wide, but he has narrow feet. If we had gotten smaller, the length would not have worked. So we just strap the Velcro a little tighter. They are real quality boots.

Also love your Furminator. I am surprised at how well it works. Samoyeds have a lot of undercoat that usually requires long tedious hours of combing out. This tool of yours goes right thru the layers of his coat and pulls out the undercoat without causing the dog any pain or discomfort. Whoever invented that was a genius. I am surprised more groomers don't know about it.

Cassius, our two year old boxer loves his new Whistler Warm Up Coat! He hates the cold and getting his fur wet but the coat has been great with all the recent snow we have been getting. He also has seasonal alopecia which causes his fur to thin and the winters in Massachusetts are pretty cold and snowy. He stays warm and dry now. I searched for the perfect coat for him but wasn't able to find one that was warm as well as waterproof. This coat is the perfect solution and is also very easy to put on. It also fits his "manly" physique because the coat was available in such large sizes. He's wearing a size (30) shhhhh.

We received our Technika All Weather Coat this week (just in time for the -17 C temperatures) and we are beyond happy! Because our German Shorthaired Pointer has such a deep chest we just could not find anything that came close to fitting her. We had to resort to a coat that just went over her back, but that didn't do much for her and it came loose all the time. Now she can finally enjoy herself outside in the winter.

Received Lucy's coat today. It's the nicest, best quality coat I've ever seen for a dog, and we have had many over many years for a lot of dogs. It fits Lucy snug, but not tight, and easy to put on. Today she began to shiver, it's cold out, so she got to wear it for her walk through the woods for the first time. It fits her nicely and doesn't hinder her in any of her movements. I'm really glad to see her warm not only on top but underneath as well.

I've recently moved in with my boyfriend Jamie who, bless his allergic heart, loves my two cats Reiley and Bauer as if they were his own (and as if he didn't have itchy eyes because of them!) My Mom, a dedicated HoundsAroundTown customer bought us a FURminator. I was brushing my cats regularly before the FURminator, so I thought it was silly of her to buy us another brush. Mother knows best! When Jamie and I tried the FURminator for the first time we ended up fighting over who got the brush the cats becasue we were so amazed at the amount of fur coming out of their coats. Not only that, but the cats can't get enough of it! They roll around on the floor in a state of FURminator-induced ecstacy, purring to be brushed. When we're done it looks as though we could knit another cat with the amount of hair that each one has "shed". If you, or someone in your home is allergic, the FURminator makes a world of difference.
