Return Policy
All sales are final, however we are happy to exchange items for
another size or style (where appropriate), as we want your dog to
be properly outfitted.
Please arrange exchanges with us within 7 days of delivery.
In order to obtain to arrange an exchange with us and to receive
an RA# please order the new product from the site and choose “exchange”
for your payment option. You will not be billed at this point, but
instead we will contact you to make arrangements for the exchange
and determine if credit or debit is required. You will be asked
to specify what item you are exchanging. Please include the size
as well as the name of the product. Please provide your original
invoice number if you are able. If you don’t have that information
just provide the date of your original order so we can look the
information up.

You may return an item for exchange providing: the item is in new
condition and has not been used. Please try on all items indoors
and return all original display packaging along with your shipment.
If exchanging dog coats please remove all dog hair with a lint
brush or sticky roller device designed for this purpose. Packing
tape will also remove dog hair.
It is your responsibility to ship the return merchandise at your
expense. If we ship your order and you refuse to accept or if an
item is returned without proper authorization or in its original
condition you will be charged the actual shipping charges (the low
flat rate is a subsidizes rate by Hounds Around Town & not the
actual shipping charge) each way.

Note to US Customers: Please send exchanges by regular mail and
not by courier to prevent extra duty charges. Also, if filling out
the paperwork for customs check off “returned goods”
